Orders are typically processed within **1–3 business days** after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that processing times may be longer during busy periods, seasonal promotions, or holidays.

Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order items may require additional production time. Any extended lead times will be communicated before dispatch.

If an order is returned due to incorrect information, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

## 9. Lost, Delayed or Damaged Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the shipment with An Post.

If your order arrives damaged:

* Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
* Provide photographs of the packaging and damaged item where possible.
* Retain all packaging until the matter has been reviewed.

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

## 10. Failed Deliveries and Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed, refused, or could not be delivered, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
